Oberammergau Passion Play is a play that has been performed after every 10 years. Oberammergau is town located 60 Miles from Munich,the town is beautiful surrounded by mountains and also known for its woodcarver. There are dozens of woodcarver shops in the town.

All began from 1633.During that time, the Black Plague was sweeping through Europe.The villagers of Oberammergau vowed that if their town was spared, they would perform the Passion of Christ every 10 years.The town was spared, It is said that villagers promised god to perform the story of Jesus’s Passion (Jesus Christ) ,a play of life and death .It is amazing that they have been honoring this pledge from generation to generation.

 





Over 2,000 citizens are involved in the play, if you want to participate in play you should be Oberammergau citizen. The play last for 5 hour from 2pm to 5pm and perform on open air-stage. The play is a staging of Jesus' passion, covering the short final period of his life from his visit to Jerusalem and leading to his execution by crucifixion. The play was supposed to be happen on 2020 but because of pandemic it has been delay by 2 years. 

Audiences come from all over the world ,the number of visitors has ranged from 420,000 to 530,000.Large number of tickets for the 2022 Passion Play are offered via the Viagogo ticket platform.The advance ticket sales for the Passion Play 2022 start on 5 October 2020

India's first underwater museum   India is Constructing its first underwater museum  in Pondicherry .  Conceived by the Indian Navy to support tourism, INS Cuddalore, the decomposed ship, will be sunk in the ocean at a distance of 7km from the Pondicherry shore. With the establishment of this underwater museum in Pondicherry . One can enjoy water actives such as Snorkeling and Scuba diving. The 60-metre-long and 12-metre-wide vessel will be a destination for scuba diving and snorkeling. There will be trails and routes for divers to swim in and out of the ship as they watch a colorful marine ecosystem grow. “Once the marine organisms start coming in, there will be life forms at different levels in the water for tourists to see,” Banerjee said .

  ABU SIMBEL Abu Simbel is an ancient temple carved out of sandstone cliff which built during the reign of Egyptian king Ramesse II. It has set an iconic example of ancient Egyptian art located near southern Egypt near Nile river. The temple were unknown to the outside world until their rediscovery in 1813 by the swiss researcher Johann Ludwig Burckhardt and first explored by Egyptologist Giovanni Battista Belzoni in 1817 The seated figures of Ramasee are 66 feet. His wife and childrens can be seen in small figures by his feet.  The temple itself dedicated to sun god Amon re and Re Horakhte.  consist of three consecutive halls extending 185 feet into the cliff.
